People are the heart of what we do – whether they work with us as users of our services, or as professional partners.
Our staff are dedicated professionals – people who care about what they do, and care about the support they provide other people and each other. It’s a common goal that brings us all together.
Our staff are:
Ross Foster-Manning – Project Leader
Ross joined STFH in November 2021. He has worked in various housing/homelessness services ranging from local authority roles to working with other homelessness services. He has worked in the sector for over eight years and in the social care profession for over 15 years. He brings to the Trust his knowledge of housing related matters as well as housing management expertise. Ross has experience of supporting people with mental health matters as well as working with local organisations to ensure the best outcome for people in our service. He comes to the Trust having previously managed learning disability supported housing services.
Daniel Clack – Support Worker
Dan has been working for STFH since January 2007. For the previous six years he had worked in a local hospital. Dan has many years’ experience of working in hospitals with patients having a wide range of mental health issues.
Rachel Edwards – Support Worker
Rachel joined STFH in July 2013. She had worked for six years with vulnerable clients in another homeless service in the local area. Rachel therefore came to STFH with a great deal of experience.
We have seven board members who are volunteers and are passionate about the work we do. Their experience helps them make decisions about the policy and direction of the organisation.
